I skipped a day. Sunday came & I was so very tired. I decided to rest; to take time out of my full like & relax. Resting makes for a more productive week, I think.
Today I’ve been baking & cooking all day. I have more I’d like to do in the kitchen, but my aching foot/ankle dictates that I take a break. I made brownies, apple maple muffins, and mac & cheese from scratch. I also cooked chicken, beans, rice, and boiled eggs. I feel like I have a head start on the week.
